At The Wallpaper Company, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly. Please
review our delivery details below:

Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
• Standard Delivery Fee: For orders under £50, a flat fee of £8.50 will be applied.

Standard Delivery Times

• Most wallpapers are delivered via courier within 2-5 working days.
• Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on
  weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Delivery
For wallpapers sourced from Europe (e.g., France or Spain), delivery will take at least one
week. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive before your decorator is
scheduled to start work.

Made-to-Measure Items
For custom or made-to-measure products such as murals, delivery times vary by brand.
Each brand has its own lead times, so please contact us for more specific details when
ordering bespoke items.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays
caused by couriers. However, if any issues arise, we will do our best to assist in resolving
them.
