are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that
    you received them.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom or made-to-order wallpapers are non-refundable unless defective or
    damaged upon arrival.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping Costs
